Gunvor Group is a privately-held partnership solely comprised of the company’s employees. Robust Risk and Compliance controls serve to support these activities, along with Gunvor’s long-term global growth, development, and diversification.
Governance
Gunvor’s success has been based on collaboration, efficiency, and informed decision-making—all across the company. The Partnership has further embedded these attributes into the company’s Governance with the Trading Committee and Corporate Committee, which balance commercial and control decision making, respectively.
Management Board
Led and selected by the Group CEO, Gunvor’s Management Board is a coordinated leadership function that handles the company’s day-to-day activities, while also providing strategic guidance across the core committees, regions, and business areas—including oil, natural gas, power, metals, renewables, and investments.
